Aluminium coils in a production hall

5083 H111 aluminium plate, cut to size

OTK supplies EN AW-5083 H111 rolled aluminium plate as full plates or saw-cut blanks. Send us the thickness, finished dimensions and quantity you need: we will check the available material and prepare a quotation for your specification.

Full plates or blanks for your next job

Order to your required format rather than working backwards from an assumed stock size. We can check standard plate options or supply saw-cut pieces to your sizes. For parts that will be machined, include the machining allowance needed on the thickness and cut edges.

Standard parent plate formats in the supply programme include 1020 × 2020, 1270 × 2520 and 1520 × 3020 mm (width × length). The available thickness, temper and format combination is checked for your enquiry; finished blanks can be quoted to your drawing.

Rolled H111 is not cast tooling plate

This page is for rolled EN AW-5083 in H111 temper. A 5083 cast tooling plate or precision-milled plate is a separate option, not an automatic substitute. Tell us if your drawing specifies rolled material, or if you would like a separately identified alternative for approval.

Dimensions, surface and documents

Share the dimensional standard and any requirements for flatness, surface condition or roughness. Saw cutting does not itself establish a finished machined tolerance or surface finish. If you need an EN 10204 3.1 inspection certificate or a specified material origin, include that in your enquiry; we will check the documentation for the proposed supply. Availability, processing scope and lead time are confirmed in the quotation.
