EN AW-6061 (AlMg1SiCu) in T6 and T651 is used for machined and structural aluminium parts. 6082 is a separate alloy option; when the specification says 6061, substituting 6082 requires the customer’s written approval. Exact sizes, not nearest metric
Export projects frequently require imperial formats: 48 × 144 inch sheets (1219.2 × 3657.6 mm), gauges of 1/16 inch (1.5875 mm) or 1/8 inch (3.175 mm). We quote the exact dimension on the drawing, with the weight calculated on the true size — no relabelled near-metric substitutes.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between 6061 and 6082?
6061 and 6082 are both heat-treatable Al-Mg-Si alloys with high strength in T6, but they are separate alloy specifications. Where a drawing says 6061-T6, we supply 6061 — substituting 6082 needs the customer’s written approval.
Can you supply imperial sizes in Europe?
Yes. Sheets in imperial formats such as 48 × 144 inch (1219.2 × 3657.6 mm) and imperial gauges like 1/16 inch (1.5875 mm) and 1/8 inch (3.175 mm) are supplied against order. Exact metric cut-to-size is also available.
Which documents come with the material?
EN 10204 3.1 inspection certificates with cast numbers and the origin documents received from the producer. The documents for each lot, including CBAM data where an import needs them, are confirmed in our quotation.
