Processing & Services

OTK Stainless Steel B.V. provides stainless steel processing services for coils, sheets, plates, tubes and profiles.
We combine supply with processing through EU partner service centres (NL, DE and others), and we operate our own slitting division in Poland for fast and reliable strip production.

Our goal is to deliver stainless steel in the exact thickness, width, length, surface, flatness and preparation required for your production line.

Coil & Sheet Processing

We process stainless steel coils, sheets and plates with a full preparation range:

Slitting – OTK Precision Strip Division Poland (Own Capability)

  • OTK provides complete stainless steel slitting through our own Poland division together with extended capability from certified EU partner centres.
  • Thickness range: 0.05 mm – 12.00 mm
    (0.10–3.00 mm on our own line, up to 6.00 mm via partner heavy-duty lines)
  • Width capability: 5 mm – 2050 mm
  • Max incoming coil width: 2050 mm
  • Max coil weight: 8–25 tons (depending on line)
  • High-strength capability up to 1700 MPa
  • Suitable for roll-forming, stamping, welding, tube manufacturing & structural applications
  • Surfaces: 1D, 2B, BA, 2D, brushed
  • Grades: 304 / 304L / 316L / 430 / 409 / 441 / 301 / 301HQ / 1.4310
  • Width tolerances: typically ±0.05 – ±0.10 mm
  • Edge options: mill edge or deburred
  • Rewinding IDs: 400 / 500 / 508 / 610 mm

Cut-to-Length (Partner Service Centres)

Available through our EU partner network:

  • CTL from coil into standard sheets or custom blanks
  • Typical thickness range: 0.3 mm – 12 mm
  • Typical widths: 1000 / 1250 / 1500/ 2000mm (and custom where possible)
  • Lengths: 500 mm – 12000 mm, depending on coil and grade
  • Option for PE / PVC protective foil*

Ideal for: laser cutting, punching, bending, OEM fabrication.

  • Combined delivery with sheets, coils or tubes

Tubes & Profiles – Cutting & Preparation
